Terms of Service — EasyErpBD

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyErpBD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Use of Service

You may use EasyErpBD only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into EasyErpBD. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before deletion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
